Learn to ask questions, state concerns and have a voice in your community and all that is involved in your life. Work on having conversations with friends and family, along with safe appropriate conversations with acquaintances and strangers.
Identify Emotions
Trust, like, love, hate, hurt, frustration, anger, fear, and more are all part of our emotional self. Identifying emotions correctly and then learning difference ways to respond to them can make the difference between positive and negative opportunities and actions.
